6 Months General information As a core member of the Human Resources (HR) team in Pinetops, NC Electrification - Distribution Solutions, you will deliver HR service assistance.
You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
In this role you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.
The main purpose of this role is to assist with hourly recruiting and onboarding activities for the location.
Your responsibilities Assists with overall HR support to operations, i.

, employee relations, policies & procedures, benefits questions, etc.
as needed Supports timely rollout of HR related programs and policies Organizes and attends recruitment or employer branding events in the area Communicates with HRBP, managers and temporary agencies to recruit or accommodate staffing requirements for hourly associates Supports full-cycle hourly recruitment with eRec process flow Provides vendor management for temporary agencies through Beeline, i.

, performance tracking and overall feedback Attends to hourly new hire onboarding activities first 30-days to ensure successful onboarding experience Other duties as assigned to support the location HRBP Your background 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting or human services related field Ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills Ability to maintain a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance Strong computer skills and use of accompanying programs especially, Microsoft Office Suite A proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude A high school diploma or GED equivalent Fluent in the English language Job Type:
